No Prepayment Penalty

Our "No Prepayment Penalty" loan program program offers competitive rates with the flexibility of being able to repay all or some of the amount borrowed without any penalties. All types of commercial property can be considered but income verification will be required.

The trade off will be a slightly higher initial rate (approximately 1% higher) than some of the other fixed rate products. Terms are limited to 5 or 10 years and amortizations usually cap out at 25 years. Credit should be fairly strong although scores are not used to qualify you for this program.
