SOLO I - 95% Financing
This loan program only works in the NY, NJ, and CT area. It is ideal for a business owner who wants to open a storefront and purchase a property with limited down payment or for an investor with similar needs.
There are specific requirements for this program that you must adhere to:
- The building must be a mixed use property with stores and no more than 4 apartments above. Purchase or refinance.
- The loan amount is limited to $1,400,000
- You must reside in the building as your primary residence
- You must verify your personal income which is used to qualify you for this loan product.
Aside from the extremely high loan to value this program offers low fixed rates with amortizations of 25 years, and best of all there is no prepayment penalty should you wish to pay down your loan early. Money can also be used for renovations so if you want to buy a mixed use property and fix it up this is the program for you.
